Established in 2014, the Department of Food Technology is dedicated to supplying proficient technologists to the global food processing sector. Its curriculum spans various disciplines, including Chemistry, Physics, Microbiology, Nutrition, Food Engineering etc. Noteworthy achievements include securing top university ranks in 2019 and 2020, showcasing academic excellence. The department fosters a vibrant academic environment, organizing an annual intercollegiate food fest for four consecutive years. This event provides students with a platform to showcase their innovative skills, promoting creative exploration and learning. Through rigorous training and practical experiences, graduates are equipped to tackle the complexities of the evolving food industry with confidence and expertise
