Its curriculum spans various disciplines, including Chemistry, Physics, Microbiology, Nutrition, Food Engineering etc. Noteworthy achievements include securing top university ranks in 2019 and 2020, showcasing academic excellence. The department fosters a vibrant academic environment, organizing an annual intercollegiate food fest for four consecutive years. This event provides students with a platform to showcase their innovative skills, promoting creative exploration and learning.
